We want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please ensure all hardware and plumbing components are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your EZ-FLO items to prevent damage during transit and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
